SP Hockey Development teaches in a manner that is directly game-applicable. By creating game-like conditions in our exercises, the repetition of skill, habit, and decision-making development that occurs best places our athletes in a position to further succeed in games and advance to higher levels of hockey. All sessions include the filming of repetitions and review occurs in-session in order to view and discuss changes or corrections as needed. In addition, progressions and improvements are also highlighted and the “before and after” visual representation is instrumental in development for our athletes. Our overall developmental philosophy and principles apply to all ages and skill levels, but sessions and development plans are tailored to each individual athlete. Learn the "how" and the "why".
